Investigating
In the past hours, we have had users that while importing products failed due to the following error:
ConnectionError(MaxRetryError("HTTPConnectionPool(host='scraper-api-v3.prod-scrapers.svc', port=80): Max retries exceeded with url: /images/s3_urls (Caused by NewConnectionError(': Failed to establish a new connection: [Errno 113] No route to host
Our developers are working to identify the cause of the issue. We will keep you posted for any progress.
