After thorough evaluation, we have decided to convert Amazon Logistcs/TBA tracking numbers to Qtrack instead if you have the Aquiline conversion method enabled.
Qtrack is our in-house tracking conversion method. With our recent enhancements to our automated fulfillment system for Amazon, we are now processing orders via API, which Qtrack highly benefits from.
Aquiline has been having major issues with converting tracking numbers that have Amazon Logistics as the carrier. Because of this, Amazon Logistics/TBA tracking numbers—even if you have Aquiline tracking conversion enabled—are converted to Qtrack instead.
Note: This will only affect Amazon Logistics/ TBA tracking numbers, and the rest will still be converted to your preferred conversion method.
We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding on this matter.
